'It’s week 2 of my fitness and weight loss journey! I took my first workout fundraiser which raised money for the non profit: She Safe, We Safe. I was able to hit my goal of 10k steps but failed in drinking water. The workout class was in South San Francisco and we did 35 minutes of HIT and 35 minutes of Yoga.   The mantra was “Cancel and Bless” What are you cancelling today and replacing with a positive mindset?
